Tom Rankin is a MBS Assistant Trainer and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Tom has spent more than 10 years teaching specialized classes for Stanford University’s Health Improvement Programs.
He combines his MBS training and fitness background to help clients with pain relief, active lifestyles and fitness/wellness goals. An avid guitarist, Tom enjoys working with musicians to enhance the enjoyment and performance of their instrument. He also coaches and leads a study group for Feldenkrais Practitioners from various training backgrounds.
