
Simon has been a professional coach for more than 15 years. He has coached senior executives, entrepreneurs, sportsmen using his unique Mind-Body approach. Clients come from all walks of life including individuals with mental stress, body aches, Parkinson disease, OCD, communication, leadership development and many more. Over the past 15 years, he has integrated the Mind-Body approach successfully using NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), MBS and Solution Focus (SF).
Simon teaches group classes and individual lessons in Singapore. He is an avid cyclist. In his spare time, he volunteers in giving therapy to individuals who have mental and physical challenges.
