Chris van der Hoff is a MBS trainer and practitioner.
Started 35 years ago working as a posture therapist in the Netherlands. Therefor has a lot of experience in treating people with pain related to posture, stress issues or problems related to breathing.
In the beginning it was more physically addressed. But he felt something was missing. And went looking for a more holistic approach.
He did several years of an education about emotions and the body, which taught him a lot about this connection. The learning by doing and experiencing felt much more effective, in the end it was too much focused on emotions and too little on movement.
In 2003 he started the MBS foundation training. This work addresses all levels of functioning at the same time. Thinking, sensing, moving and feeling. Top level holistic for him. This method has so much to offer: Enlarging self-awareness, monitoring the quality of movement, pain relief, reduce stress, improving posture, mastering the inner state, giving tools to explore yourself and improve your performance.
Also as a MBS trainer I’m so happy to be able to pass on this wonderful work. And make people more aware and in charge of themselves.
