 Course Contents
The MBS Practitioner Course comprises of 3x10 day, progressively advancing seminars. These provides a continuation in-depth training specific for practitioner skills, including advanced techniques, analysis of Mia’s choices of intervention, methods and ways of observing, communication and applying the best interventions for each client and group, in depth skill-practice in FI, ATM and practical applications of the most sophisticated Feldenkrais philosophies.

This Course is divided into the following seminars:
1. Professional Skills Seminar - leading to title of Mentor Practitioner Candidate
2. Mentor Practitioner - leading to title of
Mentor Practitioner
3. Master Practitioner - leading to title of
Master Practitioner


The course concentrates on the skills particularly relevant to professional practice and performance:
* How to decide which intervention or technique to use at various given instances
* How to structure and use the interview session
* Choosing where to begin and how to end the FI session
* Preparation and presentation of effective ATM‘s
* Incorporating multiple aspects of the work in a range of situations.
* The importance and use of interpersonal skills, including interview and communication.
* Monitoring your own state and condition while working.
* Exploring the connection between FI and ATM
* Increasing the range of advanced ATM’s for your own development as well as for professional applications.
* Using available publications and resource material.


The course is presented by Mia Segal and Leora Gaster. It is highly intensive, limited to a smaller group and consists of extra hours of evening sessions and supervised practice.

Certificates of MBS Academy Master Practitioner
Invitation to apply as Assistant Trainer
Listing as Master Practitioner in MBS Academy Website Directory
Status of Member of the MBS Academy network and are entitled to incorporate the MBS Academy logo on your card and in your advertising.

2. Title Acquired upon successful completion: Master Practitioner

Program:
3 x 10 days
Recommended: Coaching in FI and ATM, with no less than 40 hours of FI and ATM

Prerequisites for participation:
Completion of Post Graduate Training and Advanced Practitioner certificate
or:
Certificate of completion of MBS Academy Foundation course.
Acceptance by the MBS Academy Board.

Restrictions:
The two seminars of the Practitioner Training must be completed within 2 years of the date they are started.

Note:
• Students are accepted to the course at the discretion of the teaching staff and the board.
• Due to the intensive nature of this course and the level of attention given each student, the course is limited to a small number of participants and early registration is advisable.

Practitioner Training take place in all locations at varying times.
