Twisting
Description:

Foundation Seminars, Mia demonstrates and explains in depth how to
use the simple movement of twisting while lying on the back to
address a variety of physiological difficulties and how to keep
improving through complete integration of the mind-body system. Mia

integrating all levels and approaches of this work to accomplish a

Lengthening The Arms
Description:
In this compilation of sessions, Mia shows how we are the ones who
place our own limits and limitations and how we can expand our
abilities through differentiation and integration, all through a
sequence of demonstrations based on the movement of lengthening the
arms.
Mia
teaches how to use simple self-observation and contact with
oneself, leading to places, hidden abilities and moments of real
learning. Through this, we learn how to do what we want to do and
how to bring more of ourselves into any action. An essential DVD

DVD Series 1 Lesson 3:
Alleviating Whiplash
Description:
Mia demonstrates and explains how to observe, gather information
and help a person who is suffering the long-term effects of a car
accident, including severe headaches and neck pain. Mia shows how
to think of and apply the concept of distribution-of-effort,
through ATMs and FIs, leading to greater mobility throughout the
system. Four years later, this client has not had any recurrences
of these symptoms.

Lesson 4: Working With A Child
Description:
Leora works with a two- year old child who is genetically and
congenitally impaired. With thoroughly detailed explanations of
every move and intervention, Leora demonstrates how, in three
lessons, marked progress can be accomplished, by stimulating
inherent abilities and bringing them to the surface. Utilizing even
the slightest response of the child to create opportunities for
further exploration and positive-change Leora integrates the whole
affecting the childs’ physiological as well as communicative
abilities.
